For Online Application:

For Offline Application: Follow the procedure

1) Download the Application Form Click Here
2) Complete the Application Form
3) Make the soft copy of the completed Application Form
4) Make the payment by any one method (i) Account Transfer (Account details given below), (ii) Phone Pe / Google Pay to 9932025548, (iii) Make a DD or Cheque in favour Sirish Chandra Foundation, payable at Haldia
5) Send the soft copy by WhatsApp to 9932025548 or send the hard copy by hand / post to the office
6) Receive a Confirmation mail from the Admission Office
 
Documents required for Offline Admission:
 
2) Two (02) passport size photo
3) Photocopy of Birth Certificate / Madhyamik Admit Card
4) Photocopy of Marksheet
5) Photocopy of Voter Id /Aadhar Card
6) Admission Fees

 DD/Cheque should be made in favor of Sirish Chandra Foundation, payable at Haldia
